Biography

Jay began his career in 2024 within the Training & Discipline Unit (TDU), where he reached Inspector before transferring to the Academy Security Unit (ASU). He later became Deputy Chief, then Assistant Chief on 6/2/2025, and was appointed Chief of Police on 7/17/2025.
